SOIL & HANDS-

SOIL & HANDS

SOIL & HANDS

DIRTY HANDS GOOD FOOD.

Farm Restaurant — SOIL & HANDS

Someone tills the soil. Someone sows the seeds. Someone waits for the rain, pulls the weeds, and harvests the crops. Soil settles beneath their fingernails, and their hands grow dark with earth. Those hands may not look beautiful. Yet the vegetables they raise hold the seasons and the passage of time of the land they come from. And the hands that prepare those vegetables work every day, touched by fire and water. At SOIL & HANDS, we believe in one simple truth:

**Hands that touch the soil create truly good food.** In Nice, France, vegetables grown in the sea breeze arrive fresh on the plate. In Tuscany, Italy, herbs and tomatoes still carrying the morning dew become the day's meal. Though the landscapes are different, they share something in common: the people who understand the soil are the ones who cook. Chefs spend time in the fields. Farmers step into the kitchen. No one is confined too tightly to a single role. Food does not simply begin in the field and end at the table. Between those two places are countless caring hands. At SOIL & HANDS, there are no brand-new uniforms. A slightly faded apron. A well-worn canvas bag. Mud-stained boots. They are marks of honest work—and badges of pride. The dirt is not a stain from labor. It is proof that someone has helped grow another person's meal today. At the entrance, a small sign reads:

**DIRTY HANDS. GOOD FOOD.**

*Hands that touch the soil create truly good food.*

Those words are not meant only for farmers. They are for people who grow herbs in their gardens. For those who spend weekends in the fields. For parents and children who dig their hands into the earth together. For everyone who cooks. Every pair of hands is helping cultivate a more delicious future. Before leaving, guests often choose a souvenir T-shirt to take home—a keepsake of their time here. Printed with the words **DIRTY HANDS. GOOD FOOD.**, it becomes a small reminder of the air they breathed, the scent of the soil, and the warmth of human hands they experienced in this place, carrying those memories into everyday life. That is why SOIL & HANDS never draws a line between the field and the kitchen. Because every dish begins in the soil and is completed by human hands.
